Coach Close-Up: Maria Ruszel and Her Insights to a Better Relationship?
September 23, 2021 by Fergie Verantianes
We are glad to introduce you to Maria, an expert in making the impossibles possible! She is a co-owner and founder of 2 Dutch companies with more than 12 years in the business sector. Beyond that, she is a mother, an ex-wife, a new wife, and a very good friend. As a coach, her intention is to give “wings” to her clients, for their career and most importantly, for better relationships. Here we had the opportunity to ask her a few questions about working on relationships.
Q What is the definition of a good relationship?
A: A good relationship is happiness - fulfillment - support.
Q What are the common mistakes people make that may harm a relationship?
A: Every relationship has its own hurdles. But from my own intensive practice as well as from working with my clients, there are 10 pitfalls in relationships. We will learn more about these pitfalls during the Group Coaching Program.
Q How to fix that mistake and improve the relationship?
A: One thing to keep in mind is that there is no single solution to all problems, but there is a way for every trap. We will also learn more together in the Team Challenge about which is the way for each trap.
Q What is the most important thing in a relationship?
A: Love, on the level of the soul.
From Maria, we have learned that love is the most important thing, but it is not the answer to all challenges. We all need to look into our relationships deeper, find the core problem that causes the pitfall, find a way, and work together to get out of that trap.
