This Refund Policy applies in addition to our Terms of Services. By using the Uloo Platform, you are indicating that you have read and that you understand and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.



Eligible Team Challenges

The following situations could lead to a refund:

  • The Coach cannot provide the requested Team Challenge at the defined time.
  • The User cannot attend or a Coach cannot lead the Team Challenge because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues.

If Uloo determines that a User could be eligible for a refund, Uloo will, at its discretion, provide the User with a refund up to a maximum of the Total Pricing the User paid for the Team Challenge in accordance with this Policy. The amount of any refund will depend on the nature of the situation suffered.



Coaching sessions

The following situations could lead to a refund:

  • The Coach cannot provide the requested Session at the defined time.
  • The Coach cannot lead the session because of technical difficulties, including audio or visual issues.

If Uloo determines that a User could be eligible for a refund, Uloo will, at its discretion, provide the User with a refund up to a maximum of the Total Pricing the User paid for the Session in accordance with this Policy. The amount of any refund will depend on the nature of the situation suffered.



Minimum Quality Standards, Coaches Responsibilites, and Reimbursement to Users

As a Coach, you are responsible for ensuring that the Team Challenges and Sessions you list on the Uloo Platform meets Uloo's Quality Standards.

If Uloo determines that a User could be eligible for a refund and Uloo reimburses that User (up to their Total Price), you agree to reimburse Uloo up to the amount paid by Uloo within 30 days of Uloo's request. You authorize Uloo Payments to collect any amounts owed to Uloo by reducing your Payout or as otherwise permitted pursuant to the Payments Terms.

As a Coach, you understand that the rights of Users under this Refund Policy will supersede the Cancellation Policy.



Uloo+

For Apple Devices (iPhone and iPad): you must contact Apple directly, as they do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account. You can contact Apple Customer Support directly athttps://getsupport.apple.com/. They are typically able to honor all refund requests within 30 days of the purchase date (but it's at their discretion).

Returns

To be eligible for a return for physical products, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards;

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.



All determinations of Uloo with respect to the Refund Policy shall be at Uloo’s discretion, and final and binding on the Users and Coaches.
