Why mentoring on Uloo?

Over 30 years of research clearly demonstrates that mentors can positively impact individuals by being an important part of personal and professional development.

Mentoring is a key component at Uloo and we understand, support and grow our mentors. Our mentors work with individuals and groups alike to help them realize their goals and habits.

What are the benefits?

First and foremost, you have the opportunity to change lives, second there is a steady income dictated by flexible hours that you manage and control. Third, it helps you grow and develop.

Moreover, we provide a lot of resources, support and training for mentors to further develop. And last by not least, it is a great opportunity to increase your experience and personal brand.

How does it work?

All you need is a phone and access to the internet. You then connect with your team(s) of mentees and support them the best way you know how.

The session timing, location and agenda are yours to decide. All that we ask is that you support your mentees to the best of your ability. If you are interested, read on or jump straight onto our onboarding page.

My mentor said, "Let’s go do it", not "You go do it". How powerful when someone says, "Let’s!".

Mentoring in 3 easy steps

Create your profile for free

All it takes is a few mins of your time to fill in your profile on a simple page where you describe yourself, your experience and talk about what you would like to be a mentor in.

We then review your profile, add you on the website and app and… tada, you are now ready to go.

Get your first mentee(s)

Based on your profile, preferences and the community needs we align you accordingly.

You will get access to a squad or two, be visible in our Uloo store and in no time will start to get access to a mentee or a whole squad of them.

How cool is that?

Start mentoring

Probably the first way you will start mentoring is via the chat on the app which will then lead in video chats with your mentee or squad of mentees.

This is your field of expertise, so we won’t tell you what and how to do things, but of course there are some guidelines (mainly being respectful).

We support you along the way

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to mentor someone. Uloo allows you to be fully focused on your mentoring activity by removing any concern you would have.

Just press on Get Started at the bottom of this page and fill in a small form. The Uloo Team will review your application and help you finalize your profile.

How should I choose my price?

You are free to define the price of a session. We'd recommend starting with a free first 15 minutes and 30 minutes for 15€. You can always change your price at any time.

How much does it cost to be listed?

It is 100% free.

How often should I be available?

Once a mentee has booked a session with you, you both agree on a time slot that works for both of you.
